We don't accept returns for wrong sizes. Please check the size chart on our website before ordering. Items like mugs and notebooks are also non-returnable.

After placing your order, it takes 1-2 days to process and 4-5 days to ship. Expect to receive your items within 1-2 weeks. Shipment times can vary, so feel free to email us with any questions.
Yes! You'll receive a confirmation email after placing your order and another when it's dispatched.
No. You cannot cancel your order once placed.
You can cancel your order by sending us an email at dgshopee15@gmail.com with an order invoice number within 24 hours of placing it. The order cannot be canceled once it has been shipped from the warehouse.
If you provide us with the wrong address and the shipment has not been sent out please email us at dgshopee15@gmail.com & we will change it to the correct address. But, if it has been sent out, it is not our responsibility to re-send that item with your new address, so please make sure to type in your correct address when placing your orders!
We are not responsible for international taxes and duties, that is the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event of a return or exchange, duties and shipping fees will not be refunded.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, email us a picture and your order number. We'll arrange a pick-up within 2-3 days. Ensure the product and packaging are in the same condition as delivered.
To delete your account, write to us on the Contact Us page. Our customer care executive will assist you. Note that deleting your account will forfeit your reward points.
Don't worry if the money has been deducted from your bank or card; it will be refunded to the same account within 3-5 business days.

To pay for any order using Cash on Delivery (COD), go to the payment page and select the Cash On Delivery option. Cash on Delivery is only available in certain pin codes and on certain products.
If you choose the COD payment method, you will be charged a nominal cash collection fee of ₹50 on the total order value.
Yes, we offer free delivery for orders above Rs. 699.
Once your order ships, we'll send you a tracking number via email. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to update. If you haven't received your order within 4 days of the shipping confirmation, email us at dgshopee15@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we'll help you out.
Yes, we offer both printed and custom t-shirts and coffee mugs.
